Expecting + New parent groups meet on the second Saturday of every month and are dedicated to supporting families during the infancy stage of their new baby's life. Our time together will include easeful movement, self care practices, herbal/nutritional support, and authentic sharing. Any parent or care giver welcome! Come as you are, this is a space that welcomes all aspects of your new family!
The new parent group cost of $20-$30 per session is the sliding scale range. If you cannot pay but wish to attend please email us and we will hold a spot for you.
