Relaxing the face and jaw: guided self acupressure techniques
Join Masha Schmidt, L.Ac to learn some effective methods for self acupressure. We will explore facial rollers, oils, and acupressure techniques to relax the face, neck, and shoulders. Helpful for anyone experiencing facial tension from computer screens, mask wearing, teeth grinding, and other stressors of daily life. We will also discuss the Vagus nerve and how relaxing the face and neck eases systemic tension in the whole body!
