Breathwork for Resiliency

Join us for a 45 minute class focusing on the Breath as a tool for resiliency.

There is so much strength and empowerment to be found through breathwork, and these classes will focus on expanding our resiliency with the breath - which is always available to you.

Our time together will include:

  • Comfortable propping (chairs, blankets, and blocks provided)

  • Self check in

  • Gentle, guided breathwork practice

  • Closing meditation

No yoga or breathwork experience necessary, come as you are and strengthen your lungs, nourish the nervous system, and expand your imagination.

Sundays at 10am

$20 per session
