Join us for a 45 minute class focusing on the Breath as a tool for resiliency.
There is so much strength and empowerment to be found through breathwork, and these classes will focus on expanding our resiliency with the breath - which is always available to you.
Our time together will include:
Comfortable propping (chairs, blankets, and blocks provided)
Self check in
Gentle, guided breathwork practice
Closing meditation
No yoga or breathwork experience necessary, come as you are and strengthen your lungs, nourish the nervous system, and expand your imagination.
