Turn some of your favorite summer plants into delicious medicinal treats with the herbalists @ Daydream!
Join us on Sunday afternoons this summer to learn about different kinds of herbal infusions that we can make using plants that are easily grown in the garden. We’ll learn about the medicinal and magical properties of Lavender, Comfrey, Oats, Rose, Lemon Balm & practice making simple syrups, infused oils, tinctures, infused honey and oxymels, and glycerites. This workshop series led by Christina Noyes will cover different ways to work with herbs as infusions. We’ll make lavender lemonade using a simple syrup and you’ll get to take home a jar to experiment with at home. These family friendly workshops are a great way to build your home apothecary!
Each workshop is from 2-4pm at Daydream Collaborative Clinic in Beacon.
Tickets are sliding scale and include all materials & finished product to take home.

This series is led by Christina Noyes (they/them), a local educator, organizer and herbalist. They have years of experience working with adults & kids, so bring the whole family! We just ask that young kids are watched closely by an adult, as Daydream is a medical clinic first and foremost.
