Birth Story Hour with Hillary Lopes is a facilitated group to support parents who have experienced childbirth. Whether you gave birth 3 days or 33 years ago, in a hospital or at home, with or without support - this experience has changed you (on a cellular level)!. So why do we so rarely talk about it???
Birth Story Hour is an opportunity to sit to together, share about our experiences with birth, and practice active listening. All birthing stories are welcome here!
Hillary will begin and close the circle with a grounding meditation to hold the container and support this important work.
The story hour cost of $20-$30 per session is the sliding scale range. If you cannot pay but wish to attend please email us and we will hold a spot for you.
