Empowered Sexuality Workshop with Dr. Sarika Persaud
In this workshop, we will explore what it means to have an empowered relationship with sexuality and eroticism, whether you are single or partnered! Physiological, psychological, and spiritual aspects of our relationship with sexuality will be discussed, as well as the impacts of sexual trauma and shame. Dr. Persaud will provide a framework for self-reflection using psychodynamic theory, as well as teachings from Sri Vidya, a tradition of Tantra.
