Restorative Sound Bath Meditation with Masha

Friday evenings 6:30-7:30

Throughout the week, we gather many experiences that affect our mental, physical, and emotional equilibrium. Do you ever wish you could just shake off the accumulated tension of the world? Then these Friday night sound bath experiences might be for you!

Join Masha for a 60 minute sound immersion with tuning forks, singing bowls, and gongs. Each session includes guided breath practice, Yoga Nidra meditation, and deep listening. By tuning into the soundscape, we allow our bodies to rest deeply and our minds to drift into slower brain wave states. As we 'bathe' in the resonance of these healing sounds, accumulated tension can gently soften and dissolve.

This is a practical way to ‘shake off’ the stress of the week and move into your weekend with a renewed sense of your own energy field.

We have mats and blankets at the studio but feel free to bring anything additional for your comfort. We practice listening to the soundscape on yoga mats on the floor with lots of pillows, bolsters, and blankets. If lying down is not comfortable for you, we also have floor chairs and zero gravity chairs.

Sessions are $35. For sliding scale - use code '15' for a $15 ticket or code '25' for a $25 ticket.

We offer a multi sensory experience - sometimes with herbal teas, aromatherapy, or sharing snacks. If you have any allergies or aversions to foods, herbs, or scents - please email or text us so we can create a supportive space for all. Gong baths are not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy. If you have any questions about whether this class is for you - please email masha@daydreamclinic.com

We recommend hydrating well and having a snack or meal before and after the experience. Please wear whatever is comfortable for you.
