DayDream field trip for a Sound Meditation on the farm!

Join Masha for a moment of contemplation to honor the land and the harvest season.

You will be guided through a body scan to check in with your inner landscape, then offered a chance to rest to the sound of Himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and birdsong coming together to create a background for deep rest. We will conclude our time together with another scan through the body to see what has shifted and tuned.

This event will take place outdoors on the farm on Friday, August 18, from 7-8pm.

Bring your blankets, cushions, and whatever you need to get cozy. Fresh herbal tea will be served for a full experience of harvest season.
