Bloom: Restorative Practice for Spring

Please join us on Sunday, March 23rd at 11:30 am for a dreamy afternoon as we welcome in the Spring Equinox!

Beth and Lynn will be offering restorative tools to help to care for ourselves during this transitional season. This will include a short gentle movement sequence for mobility, followed by an interactive exploration with tuning forks to help relieve tension and stress. We will end with a Yoga Nidra practice for rest and ease followed by a community share.

No experience necessary. Please dress in comfortable clothing, bring a mat and anything else to make yourself comfortable.

Come as you are and rest with us.

As part of our Care Tools for Organizers Training, this is a donation based community event. All donations will go toward our mission of providing sliding scale and scholarship options for clinics and trainings. To make a donation, choose the ‘donate’ button when you register. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
