Lauren is a NY and NJ state licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. She believes that healing is a movement toward feeling more at home in our bodies and on the planet, recognizing and honoring our own inner wisdom, and living our true nature. Guiding people to feel more at ease in their bodies and being a witness to the inherent wisdom and innate healing potential in each of us are the greatest intentions in her work.
Receiving her master’s from Pacific College of Health and Science in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine and a BA in psychology and visual art, Lauren offers a creative, holistic, and investigative approach in her work. She has also received Reiki training with Manu Del Prete and Aki Baker as well as Aroma Acu point therapy with Tiffany Carole.
