In your 1:1 virtual consultation with Amy White Eyes you will discuss your current health concerns + goals, and receive a custom herbal protocol. Amy is committed to assisting you in the start of your journey to holistic healing and wellbeing.
Each consultation includes:
- 1 herbal tea blend customized for your needs
- 1 flower essence
Shipping included, local pick-up available
Prior to your appointment, you will be provided with an Intake Form. This form is mandatory to ensure we avoid any negative prescription drug interactions with any herbs you may be working with. All consultations will be conducted virtually via Zoom.
Before you meet, Amy will have already evaluated your information and will be ready to dig in to your needs and goals. You and Amy will discuss your current health and how the use of herbs and gentle lifestyle changes may contribute to an increased sense of well-being. You will be provided with a custom herbal tea blend and a personalized protocol to support you in your goals. The gentle protocol may include dietary and lifestyle changes, herbal product recommendations, and complementary therapies.
Amy’s goal is to be your guide through the world of natural medicine, to help you navigate the landscape of herbs and alternative healing modalities, and offer a way to follow your own path to health and healing.
The herbal remedies suggested are only recommendations and you will not be required to purchase any products as part of this process. All herbs will be fully explained so that you have a firm understanding of the suggested protocol and the expected outcome. Suggested herbal protocols may be available for pick-up within a few days following a consultation, but more often will be mailed to you, in order to give focused attention to formulation of a product specific to your needs.
Follow-up consults are set according to the goals you and Amy mutually agree on. Usually, a given protocol is followed for 2-4 weeks. For optimal results, a re-assessment at that time can allow for any adjustments to your herbal formulation and protocol. You may, of course, schedule a consult prior to your follow-up if you have something you’d like to discuss sooner. Prior to your follow-up consult, please provide any updated lab results and any questions that have arisen since your last consultation.
Payment is required by the time of the appointment - an invoice will be sent to you.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify Amy by phone or email with at least 12 hours advance notice. Be advised that you will be invoiced 50% of the cost of your scheduled appointment if canceled with less than 12 hours notice or fail to show up to the appointment. Thank you for your consideration of Amy’s time and of other clients waiting for appointments.
Scope of Practice:
Amy White Eyes is not a licensed health practitioner. This means that if at any point in time during our consultation, if Amy feels that what you have going on is beyond her ability to help you, or if she sees any red flag warnings of deeper or more serious health issues, Amy may refer you to seek help with alternate providers, including the possibility of suggesting you go to an urgent care center. This is done only out of concern for your health and safety.
